There is a treasure trove of breast cancer information on the Internet. Be aware that not all of this information may be reliable. Remember that any information you find on the Web is only as reliable as the organization that posted it. Be sure to separate fact from opinion. There are many personal breast cancer sites where patients and survivors tell their stories. These may provide you with moral support, but many of them offer biased information that may be the product of people who are either uninformed or too emotional to be objective. The best advice is to read all online breast cancer information with a level head, and understand that not all of it is reliable.
